How long do store personal data?
Consultation or cancellation by us of your data is limited as your profile is specific. We will process them as long as you allow us to, by following us, being friends or clicking “Like”, “Follow” or similar buttons.
Any modification to your data or restriction to information or publications must be made through your user or profile configuration in the social network itself.

What data from my CV do you use?
- Organisation of selection processes for hiring employees.
- Call you to for job interviews and evaluate your candidacy.
- If you have given us your consent, we may pass your CV on to collaborating or related companies, with the sole intention of assisting you in finding employment.
- If you have checked the Accept box of the Privacy Policy, you consent to us sending your job application to other companies that form the group so that they may include it their personnel selection processes.
You are also informed that, one year after receipt of your curriculum vitae, it will be destroyed securely.
Your unequivocal consent by sending us your CV shall form the legal basis.
Do you include data of third parties?
No: as a general rule we only process the data provided by the interested party. If you provide us with data from third parties, you must first inform and request the consent of those third parties, otherwise you exempt us from any responsibility for the non-compliance of this requirement.
What about children’s data?
We do not process data of anyone under 14 years of age. Therefore, please do not provide data if you are under that age or, if applicable, data of third parties under that age. NINETEEN LAVANDER, S.À R.L. is exempt of any responsibility for the non-compliance of this provision.
Will you use electronic means to contact me?

Who will my data de sent to?
These data will not be transferred to any third parties except for reasons of legal obligation. Specifically, they will be sent to the Spanish state tax authorities (AEAT) and to banks and financial institutions for the payment of the services provided or products purchased, as well as to those responsible for the processing required for the fulfilment of the agreement.
In the case of purchase or payment, if you choose an application, website, platform, bank card or any other on-line service, your data will be transferred to that platform or will be processed within that environment, always with maximum security.
When we request it, the website development and maintenance company, or the hosting company, will have access to our website. They will have signed a contract to provide services that requires them to observe the same level of privacy as we do.
